Nếu kết quả chứng nhận các Viên Cảnh Sát nầy từng hành hung nhiều lần rồi đổ tội cho nạn nhân kháng cự bắt giữ, Luật Sư sẽ mời những người bị nạn ra làm nhân chứng để buộc tội Cảnh Sát cáo gian vụ tôi chống cự như một đòn “Tiên hạ thủ vi cường” để chạy tội và tránh bị kiện đòi bồi thường Một Triệu Mỹ Kim vì dùng bạo lực quá đáng như tôi đã đề nghị Luật Sư.

2. PHIÊN TÒA XI: Vẫn giữ nguyên lịch trình:

2. About the pepper spray issue, my argument was completely different from Cooke’s presentation, too. I said: “If pepper spray is a kind of deadly weapon as the court indictment meant, US laws, by this interpretation, intentionally allow police to use deadly weapon to kill US demonstrators in all the rallies so far?!

We have court Friday afternoon at 1:30 for our motion to discover any complaints of excessive force made against the officers in your case, so let’s just meet then. My investigator is currently working on your case, and, among other things, is trying to locate an expert who can testify about the effects of pepper spray, as well as someone who can help with an alternative explanation for the victim’s red skin. I have asked the DA about the convention center video and will let you know as soon as I hear from him. Finally, with regard to the medical records, I assume you are talking about your own? If so, I need to make sure that I have a release from you so that I can get them sent to me directly. I’ll bring that form Friday.

28 March is the next hearing. That means we have only 5 days away. Long time I've received no news from you since the last hearing. I've been working hard to accomplish 2 special documents: One is a Photo CD and the other is a Video DVD with new evidences to prove that all witnesses's accusations are false and wrong. I need to meet you either today after 3pm or tomorrow after 3 pm to hand you these important documents and have some discussion about the coming hearing.

How about all the requests such as medical report, Convention Center Camera video and results from our investigator?

Please reply me as soon as possible.
